Summary
Jesse graduated from Tennessee Tech University (TTU) in 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. While at TTU Jesse was a member of the TTU Formula SAE Team designing and building formula style racecars for international competition. For a short time he was also part of the TTU Human Powered Submarine Team where he helped design and build submarines for a national race. He was also an ASME Mentor guiding freshman and sophomore students to help keep them from getting bogged down by the load college students face and falling behind.
After graduating Jesse began working in the Research and Development field. With a hands-on approach leading engineering projects for high-growth organizations. Proficient at delivering product focused design, finite element simulation, prototyping, fabrication, and testing for consumer and commercial products.
In his off time Jesse is a Maker who is continually developing current skills while learning new ones with projects such as building guitars, restoring old tools and machines, and furniture construction.

MUSICIANS INSTITUTE GUITAR CRAFT ACADEMY NASHVILLE
History
Musicians Institute was founded in Hollywood CA in 1977 as the Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT) focusing on guitar performance. After adding the Bass Institute of Technology (BIT) in 1978 and the Percussion Institute of Technology (PIT) in 1980 the school officially became Musicians Institute. In the 90’s Musicians Institute (MI) added several other programs to its curriculum including the Guitar Craft Academy (GCA). Musicians Institute then decided to open a second Guitar Craft Academy location in Nashville TN in 2016 where it continues to produce well trained repair technicians and guitar builders.
